Front-end Developer (All Levels)
Job Description
We are looking to grow our software development team. You will work directly with the customer and a cohesive team of craftspeople.
Our work environment will require you to adapt and respond quickly as requirements grow and change. We value talent and initiative over pedigree. We are looking for people who can code.
Required
You love to write excellent, solid, beautiful, and artistic code. You know how to test your own code and explain why you made the choices did. You code for the love of it and have mentored junior developers. You are excited about an interview where you will be asked to write code. Your creativity and passion allow you to thrive in a continuous deployment setting. You are inspired when presented with new ideas or concepts; you put your best keystroke forward to deliver a solution that is as practical as it is functional.

Your Skills and Experience
Technical Skills
- We use Meteor, Blaze, Mongo, JavaScript/ECMAScript/TypeScript and Less/SCSS.
- At least 1-year as the coding programer.
- Must strong HTML/CSS. Experience in responsive design, cross browsers support.
- Experience working with REST APIs, web services.
- Familiar with the source control system Git.
- Experience working with algorithms and solving basic problems.
- If you know this stack, great! However, that is less important than your creativity and passion for coding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to write code in front of others.
Plus
- The progressive web app, or the hybrid mobile app.
- Performance optimization best practices.
- Agile Software Development methodology or Scrum.
